Kristin L. Ronnenberg

Kristin focuses her practice exclusively on the representation of design professionals. Formerly in-house counsel with Boyle Engineering Corporation and AECOM, Kristin has more than twenty years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating design professional contracts for both public works and private projects. Kristin also provides contract training for design professionals.

Kristin earned her B.A., cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Southern California and her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
