Our employment practice includes the unparalleled involvement of a certified employment law specialist and includes drafting and review of employee handbooks, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, investigations, wage-and-hour defense, wrongful termination defense, harassment defense, audit defense and serving as outside general counsel to various businesses. We routinely defend employers in wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, as well as providing ongoing consultation and outside general counsel services. We have represented employers in both EDD and DIR audits. We have defended and successfully resolved employment class actions and defended PAGA claims brought by private plaintiffs as well as the State of California.
